1. Who you're buying from

All sales on gtbands.com are made by Digitalmuhajir Tijara Commerce LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company (file number 3246838), 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States ("we", "us"). Contact: gtbands.contact@gmail.com.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to every order placed on gtbands.com for delivery in the United States. By placing an order, you agree to them. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.

3. The product

The GTBANDS™ is a decorative stack of bills that floats by magnetic levitation above a light-up base with three light colors. It runs on a wall plug. Its key features, what's in the box and how to use it are described on the product page. Photos are as accurate as possible; slight color differences may occur.

4. Prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and import duties are included: you won't pay anything extra on delivery. Any applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order.

5. Orders

You choose your product and quantity, then review your cart, address and contact details before confirming. Your order is accepted once payment goes through, and you'll get a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or a stock-out; if we do, you get a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by credit or debit card (Shopify Payments), PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by these providers; we never see your full card details.

7. Shipping

Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days and delivered within 6–10 business days after shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details. If we can't ship within the time we stated, we'll email you before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full, prompt refund.

8. Returns and refunds

We replace or refund products that arrive broken, damaged or defective, as explained in our Refund and Return Policy. We don't accept returns for change of mind.

9. Warranty

Your GTBANDS is covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty, described on the Warranty page.

10. Use of the product

The GTBANDS is a decorative item for indoor use. Follow the instructions on the product page and keep it away from water. It is not a toy for young children.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, email us first at gtbands.contact@gmail.com; most issues are solved quickly this way. Otherwise, disputes will be handled by the competent courts, and you keep any protections that the consumer laws of your state of residence give you.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
