Free shipping, duties included

Shipping is free on every order. Import duties are included in the price, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

All 50 U.S. states.

Delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Orders ship from our logistics partner's warehouse straight to your door. Your GTBANDS comes in its own box, with free stickers.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link.

Delays

Customs, peak seasons or an incomplete address can slow delivery down. If we can't ship your order within the time stated, we'll let you know before that date with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can fix it as long as the package hasn't shipped.

Damaged or lost packages

Damaged package or broken product: send a photo or video to gtbands.contact@gmail.com and we'll replace or refund it, no return needed. Lost package: we'll investigate with the carrier and, once the loss is confirmed, ship a new one or refund you in full.
