1. Who we are

gtbands.com is operated by Digitalmuhajir Tijara Commerce LLC, 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. Questions or requests: gtbands.contact@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number if you give it.
• Shipping and billing addresses.
• Order details: products, amounts, order history, messages with our support.
• Payment status and transaction reference. Your card details are handled by the payment provider; we never see them.
• Device and browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Newsletter: your email and how you interact with our emails, if you sign up.

3. How we use it

• To process your order, payment, delivery, warranty claims and support requests.
• To keep the store secure and prevent fraud.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send you our newsletter and offers, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email.
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run the store, who process it on our behalf:

• Shopify: website hosting, orders and card payments;
• PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay: payments, if you choose them;
• Klaviyo: emails and newsletter;
• our logistics partner and carriers: preparing and delivering your package (name, address, phone);
• authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Order and tax records: 7 years. Support messages: 3 years after the last exchange. Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, or after 3 years without interaction.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing gtbands.contact@gmail.com. Depending on your state of residence (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of your data or opting out of certain uses. We'll respond within the time required by law and may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent, and you can appeal a decision by replying to our answer. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out where required by law. Like most websites, we don't currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.

8. Security

The site uses HTTPS and payments go through certified providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Visitors from outside the U.S.

Your information is processed in the United States, Canada and other countries where our providers operate.

11. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add new tools. The effective date above shows the latest version; we'll notify you of significant changes on this page.
